General conditions of sale for stays in guest rooms 

The Pipistrelles 

Article 1 / Duration of stay

After receipt of his reservation concluded for a fixed and contractual period, the customer may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 2 / Conclusion of the reservation contract and payment

After receiving your reservation request, we will send you confirmation of your request by e-mail or by post. The reservation becomes firm upon receipt of this document. You confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below.

​ No prepayment on reservation, free cancellation 7 days before arrival.

Possibility of modifying the dates of the stay if there is availability, free of charge.

Payment of your reservation by bank transfer 3 days before your arrival or at your convenience, at the beginning or at the end of your stay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash.

Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the client


The cancellation of a stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of "LES PIPISTRELLES" or by email addressed to the owner. Depending on the date of cancellation of the reservation, all or part of the amount of the stay will be invoiced to you (the date on which the cancellation is taken into account will be the date of dispatch of the mail, postmark being taken as proof, or date of receipt of the email).

​ Free and free cancellation and modification up to 7 days before arrival.

If the cancellation occurs *: 

- More than 7 calendar days before the date of your arrival, your deposit (if deposit received) will be refunded to you in full.

- Less than 7 calendar days before the date of your arrival, 30% of the amount of the reservation will be charged.

- Without notice of a cancellation of stay or cancellation the same day, the full amount of the stay will be invoiced to you in compensation.

In case of early departure during the stay, late arrival or unused service, the total payment of the stay will be invoiced to you.


* Health restriction: In the event of cancellation following new government measures preventing you from moving around, the total amount of your stay will be refunded (if payment has been made). For all other reasons (contact case, tested positive, case of force majeure...) the total amount or 30% of your stay, depending on the date of cancellation will not be refunded and will be due.

Article 4 / Modification - Cancellation of the stay by the owner


For organizational reasons of reservation management, security or temporary work on the rooms, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved for a room of the same capacity.


In this case and unless otherwise agreed by the owner, the customer may not request any reduction in the price of the reservation made.


If due to force majeure, the owner is forced to cancel your reservation   before the start of your stay,   you will be notified immediately by telephone and then the information confirmed by email.

The owner undertakes to reimburse you  immediately and in full for the sums you have already paid.

Article 5 / Arrival and departure times

Your room will be ready to welcome you on the day specified when you made your reservation from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

In order to ensure you the best welcome, the owner thanks you to inform him of any arrival outside these hours by email or by phone at 06 84 77 29 27.

If possible, please do not arrive after 9:00 p.m.

To welcome our new guests in the best conditions, we thank you for leaving the room before 11:00 am on the day of your departure.

Article 6 / Payment of the accommodation balance

The balance of the stay and the tourist tax will be paid at your convenience, at the beginning or at the end of your stay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash.

The prices are inclusive of breakfast but  the tourist tax is due in addition.

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who will then pay it to the Public Treasury (intended to contribute to the financing of tourist promotion actions carried out by the municipality, it is paid to the tourist office and to the Departmental Tourism Committee for its communication campaigns).

It amounts to €0.50 per night and per adult.

Article 7 / Pets

Pets are not accepted at "Aux Pipistrelles"

In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the owner reserves the right to refuse the rental to the owner of the animal.

This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the client's departure, no refund can be considered and the full amount of the stay must be rule.

Article 8 / Art of living and use of premises

It is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas.

The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare and financially assume any damage for which he is responsible.

Customers' attention is drawn to the fact that minors living in the house are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.

In case of forgetting in the room at the end of the stay, the effects can be sent to the person concerned, on his request and at his expense.

The owner will not accept any liability for loss, theft and/or damage and/or injury to property and/or persons in the house, however caused.

Article 9 / Data Protection Act

In accordance with law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. We make a commitment not to transmit in any case the information which you communicated to us with other companies or organizations.
